To add: - 10cl of cold water - 10cl of sunflower oil - 15g of cornstarch - 40g of liquid honey - Salt & pepper Equipment: - 1 bowl / salad bowl - 1 blender or hand blender - 1 scale Instructions for use: - 1. In a salad bowl, pour mustard seeds, cider vinegar and water. Mix and leave to soak in open air for 24 hours. - 2. Add honey, sunflower oil, cornstarch, salt and pepper. - 3. Pass everything in a blender. For an "old-fashioned" mustard: coarsely mix. For a "fine" mustard: mix for a long time to obtain a very smooth texture, then pass through a Chinese or sieve. - 4. Flavor or not your mustard, with either the "mixture of meat spices" or the "mixture of fish spices". To do this, add your spices sparingly to your mustard and mix everything together, - 5. Pour into the ceramic pot and leave open in the refrigerator for 24 / 48h to reduce the sensation of spiciness. - 6. You can enjoy and store in the refrigerator for several weeks (protected from light and air). Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, sulphites, soy.
