  • Kit containing 2 Mixtures based on sundried tomatoes 2 X 57 g + 1 Balsamic vinegar 10 cL + Brown cane sugar 85 g
  • Ingredients: balsamic vinegar: balsamic vinegar of Modena 6% acidity (wine vinegar *, grape must * concentrated, color: caramel 150d *) * Sulphites
  • Average nutritional values ​​for 100 ml: balsamic vinegar: Energy: 288 kJ / 67 kcal; Fat: 0 g of which Saturated fatty acids: 0 g; Carbohydrates: 11 g of which Sugars 11 g; Proteins: 0 g; Salt: 0.05 g. Unrefined reunion reunion sugar
  • Equipment: - 1 bowl / salad bowl - 1 measuring cup - 1 small saucepan - 1 blender or hand blender (optional)
  • To add (for 1 bottle): - 20cl of water - 1 tablespoon of olive oil - Salt & pepper Instructions for use: - 1. In a bowl, pour the contents of the bottle (tomato powder , garlic, onion) and rehydrate with 20cl of water. - 2. In a small saucepan, pour a tablespoon of olive oil, heat over high heat, then pour in the rehydrated mixture. Heat and mix 1 to 2 min over medium heat. - 3. Add 3cl of balsamic vinegar, 30g of cane sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes over low heat, you can adjust the taste and texture with more or less water and balsamic vinegar. - 4. Optional step: put the sauce in a blender for a smoother texture. - 5. Leave to cool and pour into the bottle. - 6. You can enjoy and store your ketchup in the refrigerator for several weeks (protected from light and air). Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, sulphites, soy.

Le produit correspond à mes attentes ! Je ne l'ai pas testé car c'est un cadeau qui j'offrirai à mon frère qui est fan du ketchup! Le seul petit bemol est que la boîte était un petit peu abîmée ( le carton s'est déchiré à quelques endroits).
