All necessary measures have been taken since the announcement of the containment to ensure the safety of the teams in the preparation and dispatch of your orders. In the current context, the continuation of our activity can be the subject of quite legitimate questions.
We take stock several times a day with the teams on site to discuss the evolution of the situation and arbitrate on the maintenance of the activity. Our priority will always be the safety of the teams.

Will my order be shipped ?
The whole avant-garde team and all of its partners work in unison, respecting health and safety standards so that your orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours. Following the speech by the President of the Republic, no limitation applies to the movement of goods, we can continue to deliver you normally in France and abroad.
Will delivery times be respected ?
Our preparers do their best to have your orders prepared, shipped and delivered as quickly as possible, within 24/48h. However, the exceptional situation that we are currently going through is likely to slightly lengthen shipping and delivery times.
To receive your order as soon as possible, we also invite you to fill in all the important information about your address (valid telephone number, intercom, door code, floor, etc.)
I have a gift to have delivered for a special occasion, can I deliver it directly to the address of my choice ?
Yes, yes and yes ! The pleasure of giving is our avant-garde DNA, choose the gift of your choice, validate and have it delivered wherever you want. And you can even leave a personalized note, so take advantage!
Is it still possible to make a return?
All post offices remain open to allow you to return your orders.However, faced with this exceptional situation, The avant-garde has decided to extend returns until January 10, 2021 (for all purchases made from October 30, 2020 inclusive). This will give you ample time to return your packages to us after containment.
What is the future of your physical store?
Our shop at 59 rue des Francs Bourgeois in Paris is closed (government decree).
We don't know when it will reopen. Do not hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on our networks to keep you informed;)
What are the avant-garde employees doing?
- Our motivation and our desire to flood you with happiness is intact, except that we do it from our home! ;)
- All our services and positions are maintained in society.
Our logistics partner, on the other hand, continues its activity from the warehouse in Beauvais but while scrupulously respecting all health and safety rules.
To protect its employees who work every day to prepare your orders, all the necessary measures have been put in place since the start of containment, namely distances, dissemination of barrier gestures, protections and hydroalcoholic gels at strategic points, risk premiums ...
